Age & Eligibility Requirements

Betting Rules & Conditions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Review the final odds and stake on your betting slip before pressing "Confirm". If a technical error causes a bet to be accepted at incorrect odds, KG222 reserves the right to void that bet.

Betting markets close once the result of a match or event has been announced. For live betting, odds change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final, and any subsequent changes will not affect your wager.

KG222 may void bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed
• If the format changes significantly due to a venue change
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity is found

If a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to the wallet.

Payment & Financial Terms

Completed KYC verification is required for withdrawals. KG222 reviews every withdrawal request before processing. Additional information may be requested for any transaction that appears suspicious. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

Funds in your account cannot be transferred to another person's account. KG222 accepts no liability for any currency conversion issues.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Bonus offers on KG222 are provided subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and list of eligible games.

• Read the specific terms of a bonus before claiming it
• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses typically require 15–30x the bonus amount to be wagered
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited

If bonus abuse is detected (e.g., claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or arbitrage betting), KG222 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KG222. If any such activity is proven, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information
• Use of arbitrage betting or bonus hunting systems
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassment of other users or staff members
• Creating an account under a false identity

Security & Privacy

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

KG222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If false information is provided during KYC verification
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Due to legal obligations
• At the user's own request

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, subject to completion of KYC verification. If the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the entire balance may be forfeited.
